With over 8 hours of guided, intentional practice, this course takes you from the foundation of breath and bandhas through core and joint strength/mobility, into headstands, handstand prep, the art of falling, and finally, confident handstanding—designed to empower both your personal and teaching practice.

Introduction

Deep Core Modules
Here we break down the pelvis in inversions, Uddiyana Bandha + a guided core focused flow.
Hamstring Flexibility
